1. PROCESSING:

a. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of your payment being cleared and are shipped via United States Postal Service.

b. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your State and Country.

c. Insurance is optional but recommended for USPS Priority Mail Services. Once we ship out your order, we are not responsible for loss or damage if insurance is not purchased.

d. If your order is a Gift, please include a gift note and the gift recipient's mailing address. Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request.

e. Tracking information and Insurance is available at no extra charge for both Domestic and USPS Express Mail International Services.
 2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

a. Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to reach you within 2-4 Postal business days.

b. To expedite your order within the United States, please upgrade to USPS Express Mail for delivery within 1-2 Postal business days (Insurance is included).
 3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

a. All International orders are usually shipped via USPS
Priority Mail International, to reach you within 4-6 Postal business days (Delays may be caused due to your Country's customs and other regulations, and are not our responsibility).

b. International orders cannot always be tracked via Priority Mail International, unless you ship via USPS Express Mail International.

c. Express Mail International includes Tracking information, and insurance at no additional cost.

d. To expediate your International Order, please upgrade to USPS Express Mail International for delivery within 3-5 Postal business days (Delivery times vary with each Country, Delays may be caused due to your Country's customs and other regulations, and are not our responsibility).
